FAQ

Can I return a print if I change my mind?

No — because prints are made to order, I can’t accept returns for personal preference. But if your print arrives damaged or defective, I’ll gladly replace it or refund you. Just email me within 48 hours with photos.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Contact me right away (within 48 hours). Keep the original packaging and send photos so I can file a claim and send a replacement or refund.

Are original paintings refundable?

No. Originals are final sale since they are one-of-a-kind. However, each piece is fully insured and carefully packaged. If damaged during shipping, I’ll help with an insurance claim and explore a repair or partial refund.

Can I cancel a commissioned painting?

Commissions require a non-refundable deposit (usually 30–50%). If you cancel, that deposit is forfeited. Once completed, the artwork is final sale.

Do I own the rights to reproduce or sell the artwork I buy?

No. You own the physical artwork, but I keep all copyrights. That means I can still show the work in my portfolio or online. You can’t reproduce or sell the image without written permission.

How long does shipping take?

● Prints: 7–14 business days.
● Originals & commissions: Timelines vary and will be confirmed with you directly.

Who pays for return shipping?

If a product is damaged or defective, I’ll cover return/replacement costs. If you’re returning for another reason (where eligible), the buyer covers shipping.

Can you do revisions on commissions?

Yes! Small adjustments are allowed in the approval process mockup only. Bigger revisions outside the agreed scope may incur an additional fee.
