“Refusing to Fade” is part of the Art Leads My Way series—an exploration of continuity, memory, and transformation through layered abstraction.
Created from the remnants of a previous painting, this piece carries forward textures and gestures that were never meant to disappear. Instead of being covered, they became the foundation for a new composition—allowing what remained to take form once again.
Through subtle layering and intuitive movement, the painting reflects the quiet persistence of experience—what stays, what shifts, and what continues to shape us over time.
